If the water lacks sufficient calcium, it can cause scratches on plaster surfaces. Our Calcium Hardness Booster is an easy-to-use chemical that quickly raises the calcium hardness levels in your swimming pool or hot tub. It helps maintain calcium levels within the ideal range of 200-300 ppm for both pools and hot tubs, protecting your surfaces and equipment from damage.

How To Use

  • Add Calcium Hardness Increaser as needed. The desired range for calcium hardness is 225 to 300 ppm for plaster pools and 175 to 250 ppm for fiberglass, vinyl or painted pools.

  • Mix Aqua Coastal Calcium Hardness increaser with water.

    If calcium hardness in less than this desired range, add 112 g per 10,000 L to raise the calcium hardness by 10 ppm.

  • Add mixed solution to your pool water.

  • Add about 1/4 at a time about 6 hours apart.
