I need help, will someone contact me?

We do our best to get in touch within 24 hours but we may need a little extra time during peak season.

Do you offer installation and maintenance?

We offer several services. Please refer to our Services page to book what you need.

Shipping

Do you ship outside of Canada?

At this time we are only able to ship products within Canada

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free Canada-wide shipping on all orders over $199 and all of our pools and equipment ship free.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders of $199 or more ship free anywhere in Canada. For orders less than $199, there is a $9.99 flat rate shipping fee within Ontario and a $19.99 flat rate shipping fee for all orders outside of Ontario

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once shipped, your order should arrive within 2-7 business days, depending on your location. See our complete shipping times here. You can use your tracking number provided to check the status of your order. Orders that require ground freight by transport truck can take 7-10 business days to receive.

Returns

What is your return policy?

New and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Do you offer free returns?

We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our end. However, we are happy to provide you a prepaid label using our discounted rates and subtract the amount from the total refund.

How do I return an item?

What if there is a problem with my order?

If you receive the wrong item or something is damaged, reach out to our customer service team and we will make it right.

Do your products ever go on sale?

We strive to have the best prices all year round. But yes, browse our clearance section for the latest sales and join our mailing list to be the first to know about special promotions for email list only subscribers.

What are your pool packages?

Once you’ve selected your pool model and size, you’ll have the option to choose your pool package. Our Essential package is everything you need to get started. Our Platinum Package offers everything plus the extras that make pool ownership and maintenance a little easier. Our Custom package options lets you choose your accessories and equipment so you get exactly what you want, nothing more, nothing less.

Do you offer subscriptions on chemicals?

We do not offer subscriptions at this time. But check out our season supply chemical kits!
