Please be aware: K-Star heaters require single-phase 240 V power supply and cannot be simply plugged in. Consequently, installation expenses may exceed expectations. We recommend consulting a licensed electrician to confirm compatibility with your pool. These heaters are not compatible with soft-sided pools or above-ground pools.

Please note that this unit must be hardwired and serviced by a licensed electrician. Refer to the owner’s manual for installation guidelines and warranty details. Refund Policy: A 40% restocking fee applies to all returned K-Star heaters. 

IMPORTANT: The Canadian Electrical Code mandates the use of Leakage Current Collectors for HOT TUB/SPA applications. For guidance on Current Collector requirements in your area, please consult your local Electrical Safety Authority (ESA). Current Collectors are available for separate purchase.
